Startup AAS Vidyalaya has raised INR 1.5 crore with an equity of 15% from Shark Tank India. Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar and Ashneer Grover jointly invested in it. The original ask by the pitchers was 1.5 crores for the equity of 3%.

Byju’s acquires Scholr

Founded by Himanshu Nimje, Manil Gupta, Piyush Agarwal, and Aniket Singh in 2015, Scholr helps students between classes 6 and 10 solve their doubts through its video-based application that is available on mobile phones. It enables students to just click and upload pictures of their questions to find instant solutions across subjects including Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and others.
