PRODUCT MARKET FIT

SP-TBI and The Startup Board presents PRODUCT MARKET FIT in which startups can get product-market fit validated in 16 hours on intense brainstorming, 1-to-1 session, unbiased feedback for product fit and price discovery.
As is widely known, most Start-ups fail due to product-market misfit. How good would it be if it is validated in the real-world scenario with real customers?
Spanning over two days, these 16 hours of intense brainstorming, product positioning, presentation, and talking to customers will help founders get the real and unbiased feedback on their product. On a best endeavour, real mapped potential customers are arranged for genuine feedback for the participating venture. It will also help them discover right price. This will become the base for their effective Go-To-Market strategy .


FORMAT

Program runs through 9 am to 5 pm on two days. The engagement is virtual.


WHO SHOULD JOIN?

The focus is on sector agnostic ventures who are using IT as a strategic core of their business model.
Ventures are expected to be in product development or early launch stage.
Founders are expected to possess some work-experience.
Up to 2 founders can join the program for each venture.

Invitation Price for the Program is Rs 5,000 + GST (18%)

The program is scheduled on 29th June and 6th July 2022, 9 am to 5 pm, both days. The program is virtual. However, startups from Mumbai are recommended to join the programme from SP-TBI campus, Mumbai.


AGENDA - 1st DAY SESSION

09:00 - 09:30         Welcome, brief about the program, format, and expectations.
09:30 - 11:30         Elevator Pitch, Voting and comments by other participants and speakers/mentors.
11:30 - 12:00         Introduction of speakers and mentors.
12:00 - 13:00         Group Mentoring Session
13:00 - 13:30         Break
13:30 - 14:30         Session on Sales pitch preparation, storytelling.
14:30 - 16:30         Mock Product selling discussion with Mentors.
16:30 - 17:00        Ask questions, gather and consolidate feedback, challenges observed and co-creation of solutions.
                  Send Target audience details to organizers.

Work on your GTM based on the feedback received during these sessions, till the next session

09:30 - 11:00         Participants mock sales pitch (30 seconds each) and debrief
11:00 - 13:00         Customer Sessions / Engage in 1-to-1 discussion sessions with mentors.
13:00 - 13:30         Break
13:30 - 16:00         Customer Sessions - Talk to potential customers for your product, record conversation, taking notes
16:00 - 17:00         Debrief and feedback loop
