The Final Hurdle is a focused, 60 Days Intensive Entrepreneurship Development program for participant startups to master the science of fundraising and help them build a scalable, sustainable company, cement business model, hire a talented team and finally raise external funding from Angel Investors.
A 60 Days Intensive Entrepreneurship Development program, which would surround the participants with best mentors, an unrivaled network of corporate partners, investors, and alumni. In the cohort, participants would typically work with one lead mentor while working with three or four other mentors who would have particularly good fit with the ventures student plan to build. These mentors help with many areas of business that may need support including but not limited to - Product development, Market-fit, Marketing, Technology, Hiring and firing, Fundraising, Unit economics, Business development, Customer discovery, Go to market strategy and Legal.
While participants get to learn, this program helps them put them into practice. The lead mentor work with each of the participant in gaining traction and hit milestones — whether that’s a prototype, building out the next phase of a product, getting a first customer, etc. Participants would be identifying their most important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and achieving them. By the end of the program, Participant would be ready to tell his own story in the most convincing manner in front of his potential investors.
